Welcome to spiritandsoil.com! I’m Jake Lee. For the last 21 years I have been helping people pay attention to our spirit that is intimately connected with our soil. I give talks. I teach classes. I lead others in embodying what it might mean to live lives that matter.

I have this suspicion that we tend to live surface lives most of the time, missing out on the deeper realities that shape and amplify our being and doing. This site is my attempt to give voice to some of these realities, those immeasurable aspects of our existence that give meaning and direction to those more visible and measurable parts of who we are.
